Dr. Jason Attaman is a double-board-certified pain management and spine doctor with a clinic in Bellevue, WA. He treats the full spectrum of pain, whether your pain resides in your ankle, foot, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, shoulder, spine, or elsewhere, or if you have a non-localized condition like PTSD. Our treatments include surgical, as well as many non-surgical procedures. Many of our patients go out-of-pocket, but we accept many insurance plans and offer financing. Call us at 425-247-3359, request an appointment in clinic, or book a telemedicine appointment.
A telemedicine appointment will include your choice of secure audio or video chat with Dr. Attaman, review of all records you submit to us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, and any advice that can be administered with the information supplied. A consultation typically takes 30-60 minutes depending on the complexity of your case, and a follow-up appointment takes 20 minutes.
NOTE: We do NOT prescribe opioid/narcotic medications.
Due to new changes in insurance regulations, telemedicine is a covered benefit by medical insurance depending on your individual plan. If you do not have insurance, or we do not accept your particular insurance, we also accept self-pay telemedicine appointments. We are available 10am to 6pm Tuesday through Saturday.
Contact our office if your appointment with another pain-management physician has been canceled, or if you have been unable to book an appointment. More info here.
